You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not scrape, copy, or republish substantial portions without written permission.
Prices are in USD unless noted. Orders are confirmed when payment is captured. We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases of stocking error or suspected fraud, in which case any funds are refunded in full.
Unopened kits may be returned within 30 days for a full refund minus return shipping. After deployment, the device must be returned to a SkySaver service center for inspection — see service@skysaver.com.
Five-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage from improper installation or use outside the rated weight range.
The SkySaver Single Self-Rescue Kit and related products are personal evacuation devices intended for emergency use by adults of sound mind. Owners must read the included manual and follow the installation guide. SkySaver does not warrant safe use outside the specifications described in the product manual.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkySaver's liability for any claim arising from use of its products or this site is limited to the amount paid for the product in question. SkySaver maintains Lloyd's of London product liability insurance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel and the European Union as applicable to your jurisdiction.
