When you place an order: your name, email, shipping address, and payment-processor token (we never see the card itself). When you use the site: standard server logs (IP, user agent), and aggregated analytics that don't identify individuals.
To ship your kit, send shipping/recertification emails, and improve the site. That's it.
We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't load third-party tracking pixels.
Three: a session cookie, a cart cookie, and a privacy-preference cookie. No advertising or analytics cookies are set by default.
You can export your data, correct it, or have it deleted at any time by writing to privacy@skysaver.com. We respond within seven days.
Customer data is stored in the EU. Order processing is handled by Stripe; delivery handoff by FedEx/DHL/UPS depending on region. Service records are stored at our test facility for the life of your device.
